By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and are subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate, this is beyond our control. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. We reserve the right to refuse an order.

Dispatch and Delivery
Dispatch times may vary according to availability. We try to dispatch all orders within 1 week, with most orders being dispatched within 48 hours. Please note that dispatch times may take longer at busy periods such as Christmas.

The stated delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are on top of the dispatch time (e.g 48 hours plus 2-4 working days for standard UK delivery).

If your purchase is returned to us by Royal Mail it is the buyers responsibility to pay for all of the postage costs to have the item/s reposted.

Stated delivery times may be subject to delays resulting from postal delays, for which we will not be responsible. Packages may take an unusually long amount of time to get to international destinations and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for this type of delay. You may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.

Pricing and Availability

We make every effort to provide you with accurate descriptions of products. All sizes and measurements are approximate and colours may vary depending on computer screen resolutions.
All details, descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to change these without notice.

We use third party payment processors to take payments through BeUnique. All payments processors use the latest technology to protect your payment information, which is not released to any outside party, including BeUnique.

Discount Codes
The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

Our policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials contained in this website.
